The goals were developed from the information gathered during the community engagement efforts and defined during sessions in August 2019 with the GMCVB's senior management team and Board of Directors.
Under each goal, initiatives will either be led or supported by the GMCVB. There is a guide for each initiative to guide planning from the short- to long-term.
